 Aldermans Property Services provides a comprehensive range of property services to managing agents, freeholders, surveyors, commercial clients and schools. We currently look after over 200 sites across London and Hertfordshire for more than 75 managing agents, and many of our clients have worked with us since we started in 2003.

Every instruction is handled directly by the business owner, Matt Alderman, who is involved in day-to-day operations. When you instruct Aldermans, you deal with the person accountable for the work  

  We also work in commercial properties and schools, where safety, compliance and minimal disruption are essential. Our team understands how to operate in occupied and sensitive environments — all operatives are DBS checked, and we work to agreed access hours with clear communication with your site contacts.
