Introduction

  At Aldermans Property Services, we provide high-quality communal cleaning for residential developments, mixed-use buildings and managed estates across London and the Home Counties.

We currently deliver cleaning as part of 200+ live property service contracts for more than 75 managing agents. That breadth of experience means we maintain consistent standards across developments of all sizes — from a six-unit block in Barnet to a large multi-phase estate in central London.

Every cleaning contract is managed directly by the business owner, with regular supervision, audits and clear reporting back to the agent or freeholder.

Proactive Reporting

 Our teams report issues they spot during visits — a damaged light fitting, a fire door not closing, fly-tipping in a bin store. This helps you address small problems before they escalate or generate complaints.

  Health and safety are central to everything we do, particularly in occupied residential buildings where residents are coming and going throughout the day.
