The business is owner-led by Matt Alderman, who is directly involved in day-to-day operations. Matt is known for being reliable, approachable and hardworking — and that ethos runs through everyone who works under the Aldermans name. We hold CHAS Elite accreditation and all operatives are DBS checked. We carry £10m public liability insurance, work to rigorous health and safety standards, and pay particular attention to safeguarding in schools and occupied buildings.
