Grounds Maintenance & Gardening Services

Our grounds services are delivered to an agreed maintenance schedule, structured to keep each site presentable throughout the year:

• Grass cutting and lawn maintenance

A Year on Your Estate

Effective grounds maintenance is planned around the seasons, not delivered visit by visit:

• Spring (Mar–May): first cuts, bed preparation and planting, hedge shaping, moss and weed treatment
• Summer (Jun–Aug): weekly or fortnightly cutting at peak growth, deadheading, hedge trimming outside nesting restrictions
• Autumn (Sep–Nov): programmed leaf clearance, final cuts, bulb planting, gully and drainage checks before winter
• Winter (Dec–Feb): reduced visit schedule, pruning of dormant shrubs, storm-damage attendance, hard-standing weed control

Schedules flex with each site's planting, footfall and budget, with reactive attendance following adverse weather. This planned approach gives managing agents consistency, value and transparency.

Landscaping & External Enhancement Works

Beyond ongoing maintenance, we deliver landscaping and external improvement works as one-off projects or planned enhancements:

• Soft landscaping and planting schemes
• Turfing and lawn installation

• Bark, mulch and decorative finishes

All landscaping is planned to suit the site, budget and long-term maintenance requirements, with clear scopes and programming agreed in advance — and because we already maintain the grounds we improve, enhancements are designed to stay manageable, not just look good on day one.
